Ready to get strong and feel great in your postpartum body?

Want to do it in a way that meets you where you're at, helps you reconnect to your core & pelvic floor, and gives you more energy to move through your day?

A small group class designed to have you feeling confident and strong in your postpartum body.

Classes are a combination of strength training, yoga, and functional training to help maximize your postpartum strength and recovery, as well as mitigate and alleviate any core or pelvic floor issues.

The best part is, you get to do it in a small group class with other mamas so that you can connect, give yourself some much-needed adult conversation, and support each other.

Babies are welcome in class. Class size is very limited, so click below to reserve your spot!

You've heard that moving your body in pregnancy is important, but how do you optimize that movement to feel stronger, mitigate common aches and strains, and prepare your body for delivery & postpartum?

This series is designed to give you all of these tools and more!

A four week series that will take you through exercise & functional strength in pregnancy, as well as better prepare you for labour, delivery & postpartum.

Learn what your pelvic floor really needs (hint: it might not be kegels), the key core strategy for pregnancy and delivery, and how to build supportive strength and mobility for this unique phase.

Ideal for mamas in their second and third trimesters. Series also includes free access to my Essential Movement Guide for Your First 6 Weeks Postpartum

Fitness Group


Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:15pm
September 7th-October 5th

Are you a woman looking to get in a workout that will kick your butt in a way that's still supportive of your body? Want the energy, accountability, and fun of being in a group class?

This series is designed to help you get your sweat on, feel stronger, and get more energized in the fun and community of a group environment.

There are progressions and modifications for exercises so that you can meet your body where it's at and always leave class feeling confident and empowered.



1-to-1 Coaching

Ready to move through life with confidence and know what your body can handle, how you can progress, or how to make the most of your workouts? Prefer to have personalized attention? Book a private session.

Private sessions are catered to your needs- whether you're simply looking to optimize your movements, want to be strong in pregnancy or postpartum, or would like some help with back pain, posture, diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues from an exercise based approach, let's work together.


Small Group Classes

Functional & sustainable movement are at the foundation of all of my classes. Find a challenging practise that is nurturing for your body and mind.

I offer small group private sessions up to 6 people. This is a great option if you want to do yoga with friends or simply want an experience more catered to your desires.

My classes always meet you where you're at while also challenging you to find more strength, mobility and connection to your body.
