Restore Your Core® Series

Are you tired of feeling like you have to step back from doing the things you love due to pain, fear, or discomfort? Are you ready to have a body that is functional and supportive? Do you want to resolve your core & pelvic floor issues in an empowering and sustainable way? Are you newly postpartum and want to rebuild strength in an intelligent way? If you've answered yes to any of these, this series is for you!

This whole body based approach will give you the foundational tools you need to retrain your core & pelvic floor muscles to be functional. This 6 week series will effectively train your body to move well and exercise optimally. Join me to learn movement, alignment and strengthening patterns that will help you resolve your issues and move with confidence.


  • Resolve diastasis recti (ab separation)

  • Reduce leak pee

  • Improve pelvic organ prolapse symptoms

  • Decrease back & hip pain

  • Gain core strength & confidence

  • Build full body strength in an intelligent, sustainable way


  • Six 60-minute Zoom classes

  • 50 minutes of movement followed by 10-15 minutes of Q&A

  • Can't make it live? Each class recording will be available for one week for you to view at a time that works for you

  • Detailed homework

  • Support when you have questions & instructional videos when needed

  • A class group chat to help keep you accountable, have support, and ask questions


  • Exercises that help restore core & pelvic floor function

  • Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your core & pelvic floor

  • Breathing patterns that support ideal core & pelvic floor function

  • How to move in an intelligent way that is supportive and sustainable for your body

  • A plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements


  • Yoga mat

  • Two yoga blocks or something similar

  • Yoga strap or substitute like a bathrobe belt

Now more than ever feels like a time that we need community however we can get it. We can virtually support each other, show up for each other, and get stronger together. 

Once you register, you will receive an email before the start date with all of the details you need, as well as a Zoom link to the sessions. All sessions will be recorded and available for one week, so if you happen to miss a class, it will be there for you to do on your own time.
