FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What do I need to bring to class?

For group classes you will need to bring your own yoga mat, and some people like to bring a water bottle. I will supply all other props needed for the class. For private sessions, I have a mat you can use if you don't have one of your own.

2. What should I wear?

For yoga classes, wear anything you feel comfortable in that allows you to move. Bear in mind that we move in many different ways in a yoga class, so keep discretion in mind!

For private sessions, it's ideal to wear fitted clothing that is easy to move in so that I can better see the way you move and help you address any blind spots.

3. How do I sign up for a class/book a session?

Check out the calendar above and schedule a discovery session. That way we can get to know each other, what your needs are, and how I can help you. We'll go from there scheduling what works best for you!

4. Where are classes held?

Classes and private sessions are either held in my studio or via Zoom.

5. How long to I have to use my private sessions if I sign up for a program?

I believe that consistency is key, so meeting on a regular basis (usually weekly) is best. However, I know that things happen in life beyond our control, so you have 6 months from your purchase date to use your sessions.
