Uncertain about what to expect in perimenopause? Maybe you're trying to wade through all of the information on social media or you've been told that it's not much more than hot flashes. Perhaps you're experiencing a myriad of strange symptoms with no clear cause.
This workshop is for women 35+ who want to gain a foundational understanding of what to expect in this transitional phase, what lifestyle factors play a huge role in symptom management, and why making adjustments to exercise and nutrition habits is crucial.
What to Expect:
Education: Get the basics of what perimenopause symptoms are, the why and how of what's happening in your body, common myths, and what lifestyle changes your body craves.
A Guided Movement Session: This part of the workshop will focus on tweaks to support your body through changes in pelvic health, overall strength, balance, core heath, and mobility.
