STRENGTH & SCULPT

The high fun, low equipment class that will have you feeling stronger, getting energized, and enjoying the community of an in-person class!

The 45-minute classes are a combination of strength training, yoga, and functional movement, with a bonus of getting your workout on in a way that's supportive of your core & pelvic floor. There are always variations given for exercises so that you can meet your body where it's at and feel really amazing about your workout.

 

** You will also have access to an on-demand virtual library of workout classes for the duration of the series!

 

WHAT  YOU'LL NEED:

​- Yoga mat. 

- If you'd like to participate via zoom, you'll also need light (around 3lb) weights, mini resistance band loops, a long resistance band, and yoga blocks.

 

WHAT THIS CLASS IS ABOUT:

  1. Moving to feel good, get energized and feel strong in your body. No punishing, no negativity, no doing moves that don't feel right for the sake of "pushing through pain"

  2. Getting your workout on in a way that gives you strength to pick up your toddler, grab that giant bag of hockey equipment, and do the grocery run without the stress and strain

  3. Options for modifications and progressions so that you can choose the variation that's right for you

  4. Working out smart while still working out hard

  5. Basics of how to be mindful of your core & pelvic floor in your workouts

This series runs Tuesdays from 7:30pm-8:15pm, October 28th-December 2nd. Classes happen at my home studio at 2202 Magnolia Drive or via Zoom. Cost to join the 6 week series is $67.
