Join this 6-week series of 30 minute classes that will have you moving, sweating, and feeling amazing with a bonus of teaching you how to get your workout on in a way that is supportive of your core & pelvic floor.
Get a full body workout from the comfort of your home that combines yoga, strength training and functional movement with minimal equipment: a mat, mini resistance band loops, and a few weights (usually a set of 2-3lbs, 5lbs & 10lbs is sufficient)

Once you register, you will receive an email before the start date with all of the details you need, as well as a Zoom link to the sessions. All sessions will be recorded and sent to you so don't worry if you have to miss a class!
