Are you a woman looking to get in a workout that will kick your butt in a way that is still supportive of your body? Want the energy and fun of being in a group class?

Join this 5-week series of 45 minute classes that will have you moving, sweating, and feeling amazing with a bonus of teaching you how to get your workout on in a way that is supportive of your core & pelvic floor. 

 

Get a full body workout on with minimal equipment, while enjoying the fresh air and the energy of being in a group class. The classes are a combination of strength training, yoga, and functional movement. All you'll need is a yoga mat, some mini resistance band loops and a desire to get moving and feeling great!

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

  • How to get to most out of your workouts by training in a way that makes the most of every move

  • Ways to get your workout on that will build strength for real life, leaving the stress and strain behind

  • Modifications and progressions so that you can choose the variation that's right for you

  • How to workout smarter while still working out hard

  • Basics of how to be mindful of your core & pelvic floor in your workouts

  • How to get stronger, feel better and gain energy to help you take on your days

WHAT  YOU'LL NEED:

  • Mini resistance band loops

  • Light (around 3lb) weights

  • Yoga mat (if you don't want to lie down on the grass)
